As part of the expansion of its operations in the national territory, the company is recruiting trained personnel with English language proficiency and customer service skills. Having experience in health insurance is important, however, it is not essential.
According to Jorge Lobo, Country Director of Health Prime, the company intends to continue the expansion of its operations and thus increase the number of employees currently working in the country.
“Costa Rica is a country with highly trained personnel and great human potential. Since the arrival of the company in the country, we have been growing and strengthening our operations thanks to the quality and commitment of our employees. Our goal is to continue providing job opportunities, training, and professional growth for our employees,” explained Lobo.
The company offers jobs in the area of Patient Financial Services, a department specialized in taking calls from patients of medical practices in the United States. The company seeks to fill vacancies in this department for call center agents, team leaders and coaches.
Health Prime began operations in the country in December 2019 with 41 employees. Currently with a total of 80 employees, it supports medical practices throughout the United States. It is expected that by 2022, the company will quintuple the initial number of employees.
The company’s offices are located in the Cariari Corporate Center, Heredia. Globally, Health Prime has operations in the United States, India, and Costa Rica.
