OUR STORY

Founded in 2004, Health Prime was born to relieve physicians from administrative burdens and allow them to focus on what matters the most: patients. After looking for a high-technology medical billing partner that could satisfy his medical practice’s needs and couldn’t find any, Dr. V.K. Shah decided to create his own solution that would help his practice, but also other multiple practices that faced his same challenges.

Dr. Shah envisioned a variety of solutions that would help his and other practices to focus on patient care without having to worry about administrative tasks that distract doctors from their mission.

Health Prime serves as a strategic partner for value-based care organizations in today’s modern consumer health care marketplace.

Pranil is a global leader experienced in driving productivity with solid experience in customer management and technology.

Yogesh Ingale

Chief Operating Officer

With 20+ years of global operations management experience, Yogesh provides leadership and strategic vision to the organization on our RCM services as we continue driving results for clients, spurring growth, and increasing the organization's overall efficiency.

Jordyn Searcy

Chief Transformation Officer

Jordyn joined Health Prime in February 2021 and serves as the Chief Transformation Officer. At Health Prime, Jordyn is responsible for driving business transformation, including process optimization, scalability planning, and growth strategies. She has full oversight and management of our LATAM operations.

Derrick Kirkwood

Chief Financial Officer

Derrick has over 25 years of international experience driving strategic growth in finance. Before joining Health Prime, he held financial leadership roles at Change Healthcare, including CFO of its tech-enabled services business. He also served as a Principal at KPMG and worked in McKesson’s finance team.

Samish Shah

Chief Compliance Officer & Security

Samish joined Health Prime in 2004 as a partner providing strategic direction to Health Prime’s core technology & security programs. He brings more than 25+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and has an in-depth understanding of practice management, RCM, and healthcare analytics.

Paul Holland

Chief Revenue Officer

With 25+ years’ experience in healthcare revenue cycle services and information technology, Paul is responsible for expanding revenue through organic growth for the independent and hospital-affiliated physician markets, and leading marketing and strategic partnership efforts. Before Health Prime, Paul held senior leadership roles at Coronis Health, R1 RCM and Firstsource/MedAssist.

Candace Griffith

SVP of Human Resources

Candace joined Health Prime in 2019 and brings 12 years of HR experience to the team. At Health Prime, Candace serves as a strategic HR leader providing support, counsel, and leadership on company initiatives, employee relations, staffing, compliance, training, and development.

Eliot Payson

SVP, IT Solutions

Eliot brings over 30 years of consulting, business operations and technology skills to help our clients move their practice forward in a technology-enabled future. He manages the teams that provide the technologies that underpin the Revenue Cycle, EMR, and ancillary solutions provided to Health Prime clients.

Harold has more than a decade in senior leadership within the RCM industry, with expertise in finance, Omni Channel contact centers, project management, achieving service level agreement with multiple clients. He excels in devising strategies for growth and process improvements, boosting efficiency, and developing talent as a certified John Maxwell trainer.

VP of Process Optimization

Diana is responsible for driving process standardization and optimization to support our teams in delivering consistent, and measurable results for clients. She brings with her a strong background of process improvement, software development best practices, and operational excellence.

Ray Cassidy

SVP, Hospital Operations

Ray has over 25 years of RCM experience in hospital and physician practices. He is responsible for overseeing the global operations of Health Prime’s hospital-based RCM division.

Jean Dowling

SVP, Client Operations

With over 30 years of healthcare experience Jean shares her Revenue Cycle Management skills from both acute care and ambulatory practices. She is responsible for delivering operational success to our clients through our delivery teams with data and best practices.

Lindsey has fifteen years of experience in healthcare administration. She started working at physician practices, helping them improve their front and back-office processes.

Michael Hopkins

VP of Financial Planning and Operations

Mike has 25 years of Finance and Accounting experience in various industries. Main areas of focus have included enhancing management and financial reporting, accounting system integrations and driving the forecasting and budgeting process.

Jess Hout

Jess joined Health Prime in April 2021 and serves as the Vice President of Onboarding. At Health Prime she is responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers to ensure physicians can stay focused on what matters most – patient care.

Hari has been with Health Prime for over 15 years and has a strong understanding on Revenue Cycle Management & Client Management experience. He currently leads and provides strategic support to our long-standing large enterprise clients.

With 10+ years of experience in service centers, Jorge provides leadership to ensure quality operational functions in the different departments in Costa Rica, with particular attention to delivering high-quality patient experience through our various support channels.
