Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities
 

 The Project Manager will support the Transformation team with strategic projects at Health Prime. In this role, you will help implement Health Prime’s global strategy and vision that enables US physicians to focus on what matters most – patient care. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex project plans that span across multiple departments, participants, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project standards. 
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution. 
  • Lead meetings regarding project status and provide project summaries across wide audiences including executives and clients.
  • Lead project retrospective meetings and implement process changes to improve performance on future projects. 
  • Foster strong relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and responsiveness, and identify opportunities for additional engagement and value creation. 

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Experience working cross-functionally and with global teams.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects, across different groups and locations, at one time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive and client communications and presentations. 
  • Demonstrated mastery of project management principles and adaption to meet rapidly changing business climate and needs.
  • Proven track record in successful implementation of complex projects.
  • Must be positive, detail oriented, and organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize and lead projects in a fast-paced environment while creating a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • This role typically requires a bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • 3-5 years minimum experience leading cross-functional, large-scale projects.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, sufficient for both internal and customer-facing communications.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and organize assigned tasks and workflow.
  • Project Manager certifications preferred (PMP, CAPM)
  • Experience with MS Project, Power BI, MS Office Suite, and Jira preferred.
  • Experience with US healthcare / revenue cycle management preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
