HR Generalist

Role and Responsibilities 

We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to support our operation ensuring smooth and efficient business, will be responsible for creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by the authorities. This role involves providing comprehensive advice and consultation to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding a full range of Human Resource actions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
  • Supports business leaders with interpretation, implementation, and application of core HR or people-related policies, programs, and best practices related to talent management, HR planning, culture/employee engagement, and legal compliance.
  • Partners with business leaders and managers to confidentially conduct and lead in-depth and impartial employee relations investigations. Compliance manage and resolve employee relations matters in accordance with company policies, processes, procedures and employment law (as appropriate).
  • Assists managers with performance management, including Performance Improvement Plans
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. 
  • Assists with employee communications and feedback.
  • Completes offboarding tasks including Termination Checklist for all departing employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • C1 Level English written and oral.
  • 3 – 5 years of general HR experience
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, sufficient for both internal and customer-facing communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
  • Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
