Sales Development Representative

Role and Responsibilities

Health Prime is seeking a Sales Development/Client Sales Representative (SDR). SDR maintains a healthy flow of leads into the sales pipeline through identifying and qualifying leads in order to schedule meetings and demos for the RCM Sales Associates.  This role will work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure a continuous flow of qualified leads through timely follow up of lead lists as well as creating new opportunities through outbound efforts.  In addition to lead generation, this role will also include Client Sales.  Client Sales is responsible for selling additional services into Health Prime’s existing client base.  This role is located at our HQ’s in National Harbor, MD, but has the option to be remote.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily use of lead generation and business intelligence tools to identify new leads
  • Use HubSpot and Outreach to consistently and accurately document sales and lead generation activities and outcomes
  • Make 50+ outbound phone calls each day
  • Creatively navigating accounts to identify stakeholders and qualify interest in Health Prime
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (qualified opportunities, meetings set, etc.)
  • Increase revenue from existing customers by selling ancillary services to the client base
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in related field (May by substituted with relevant work experience)
  • Minimum 1 year working in an inbound or outbound sales role with direct lead or customer engagement
  • Experience working in a CRM system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
