Job Title: Reporting Analyst

Location: Heredia, Costa Rica

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Health Prime is looking for a Reporting Analyst to support our Datalytics tools. Datalytics offers timely and actionable insights and full visibility into key performance metrics. Also, would be responsible for providing relevant reports to the Operations Department. The job scope comprises de support, design, development, and operational support of KPIs and reports as well as servicing regular and ad hoc analysis and informational requests from the Operations teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Export and run queries in a third party system to integrate the data (API)
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
  • The building of ad hoc and standard reports around Operations initiatives using different tools
  • Analysis and interpretation of data to produce meaningful information
  • Present the information in a clear and accessible manner

NECESSARY ATTRIBUTES:

  • A track record of following through on commitments using excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • A tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced English (CEFR C1) communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Database and Reporting packages such as SQL
  • Experience with queries, report writing, and presenting findings and advanced excel skills
  • Experience with BI platforms such as AWS Quicksight and MS Power BI
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills

  • A tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow

ADDITIONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Knowledge of Healthcare data sets: EDI, HL7, Encounter, Claims, Charges, CPT Cod
  • Experience in developing application portal and/or BI solutions on PowerBI, Sharepoint, SQL server
  • Experience running reports in Health Care Practice Management systems
