Enterprise Sales Executive

Role and Responsibilities

Health Prime is seeking the expertise of an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our organization.  This individual will assume overall accountability for lead generation and development including prospecting, presentations, assisting in the creation of RFPs and proposals, negotiating, and closing deals in the Outpatient Physician Space for practices over 25 providers.  This individual will be responsible for meeting sales goals within their assigned territory. This role is located at our HQ’s in National Harbor, MD, but has the option to be remote.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate and demonstrate products and services using a consultative approach
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects through use of company tools and resources along with leveraging extensive industry knowledge and personal connections
  • Deliver closed new business each quarter equivalent to, or in excess of, ¼ of annual quota
  • Gain an in-depth awareness of Health Prime RCM competitors and the strengths and
    weaknesses of their product offerings
  • Provide timely and complete reporting on the status of enterprise sales opportunities including pipeline growth and progress of sales stages from qualification to close
  • Conduct all job tasks, duties, and interactions with professionalism, respect, a
    positive attitude, and in accordance with company compliance policies and
    applicable government regulations
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide input on client issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts
  • Consistently support and demonstrate the company mission and values
  • Provide support to the Client Services team and other members of management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success working from a remote or home office

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in related field (May by substituted with relevant work experience)
  • 9+ years successful sales experience with a track record of meeting & exceeding quota
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with outpatient RCM industry
  • Demonstrated track record of selling, managing, and creating sales growth through proven sales methodologies
  • Knowledge of navigating a long sales lifecycle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
