Director, Client Success

Position Overview:

As the Director of Client Success at Health Prime International, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and success of our client relationships. You’ll be entrusted with overseeing and nurturing a portfolio of key client accounts, with the primary objective of fostering enduring relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the realization of value for our clients.

Your Role:

Your responsibility extends beyond conventional client management. You’ll be a pivotal liaison between our company and our esteemed clients, embodying the role of a trusted advisor.  Your expertise in understanding the nuances of our products and services will be crucial in tailoring strategic solutions that align with our clients’ objectives.   This role demands expertise in revenue cycle management, staying abreast of forthcoming regulatory changes, and leveraging this knowledge to pinpoint opportunities for growth and advancement within client accounts. 

At the core of your duties lies the capacity to navigate across different levels within client organizations, effectively communicating and fostering relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers.  Your commanding executive presence and exceptional presentation skills will be fundamental in forging strong connections and cultivating trust at the most senior levels.

Key Objectives:

Your success will be gauged by your ability to drive client satisfaction, expand account revenue, and identify fresh business opportunities within the assigned accounts. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a deep-rooted understanding of our products and services, and the innate ability to forge robust partnerships with client decision-makers and influencers.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    1. Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
    2. Comprehend client needs, objectives, and challenges to devise strategic solutions and bolster client satisfaction.
    3. Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
    4. Conduct performance and executive business reviews, preferably onsite, to maintain a thorough understanding of client needs.
  • Account Growth and Collaboration:
    1. Develop strategies to expand revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.       
    2. Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling, and effectively forecast and track key account metrics.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, surpass client expectations, and uphold high levels of satisfaction.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    1. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to gauge potential changes, business goals, and client satisfaction.
    2. Interact proficiently with staff at all levels, demonstrating flexibility, resourcefulness, and professionalism.
    3. Develop and maintain account plans while ensuring HIPAA certification and compliance.
  • Requirements:
    1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Masters preferred.
    2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Client Success/Management role within the health care revenue cycle industry.
    3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    4. Executive presence and exceptional presentation skills.
    5. Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
    6. Ability to analyze complex business and technology issues.
    7. Proven initiative, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
    8. Proven ability to meet project deadlines 
    9. Able to navigate escalated situations while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards
    10. Willingness to travel overnight, up to 25%.
