RCM QA Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

The QA Analyst is responsible of reviewing revenue cycle management (RCM) transactions, and other processes as insurance calls to ensure quality, prompt payment and adherence to the policies and procedures of the organization and provides feedback to assist in performance improvement to getting kick-ass results.


  • Participates in design of scorecard formats and quality standards.
  • Performs evaluation and monitoring and provides trend data to the management team.
  • Uses quality monitoring data to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
  • Coordinates and facilitates calibration sessions with Management.
  • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
  • Conduct organization training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Participates in the training design by providing feedback where knowledge gaps are identified by the Quality team.
  • Conducts Quality activities for all functional areas of the team.
  • Assists to review and update the SOPs.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Analytical skills and attention to details.


  • 1+ years of medical billing experience.
  • B2+ Level English written and oral.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, sufficient for both internal and. customer-facing communications.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and organize assigned tasks and workflow.
  • 6 months experience conducting Quality Reviews is a must .
  • Strong knowledge of AR processes and procedures, is a plus.
